THE BY-LAWS OF CHICAGO FOUNDATION FOR WOMEN STATE, IN ARTICLE VI, SECTION 2A., THAT THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL (I)HAVE AND EXCERCISE THE AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FOUNDATION BETWEEN MEETINGS OF THE BOARD AND (II) REVIEW ANNUALLY THE SALARY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRESIDENT. THE PROPOSED SALARY INCREASE WAS SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD. |
