Schedule F, Part I, Line 2 Procedures for monitoring use of grant funds International organizations must be pre-determined to be equivalent to domestic 501(c)(3) organizations or follow the expenditure responsibility process for the community foundation to consider them eligible to receive grants. By accepting the grant, grantees must agree to the following stipulations: -All grant funds and income earned on those funds, must be spent only for charitable, religious, scientific, literary or educational purposes. -Individuals connected with the grant recommendation will receive no benefits, goods or services in exchange for the grant. - The grant will not be used to satisfy the payment of a pre-existing pledge or other financial obligation. -The grant will be used solely for the purpose specified in the grant agreement and is not for the personal benefit of an individual. - Any funds not used for the purposed specified in the grant agreement will be returned to the foundation.
