KMG MANAGEMENT LLC DBA VENN INNOVATIONS Institute for Political Innovation Inc. contracts with KMG Management dba Venn Innovations, a Wisconsin limited liability corporation, to provide professional and administrative support, including bookkeeping and other overhead functions. IPI pays an actual cost no more than fair market value for Venn Innovation's services. Katherine Gehl, a director and President of Institute for Political Innovation, is the sole member of Venn Innovations which would qualify as a related organization. Venn Innovations as an entity will offer the administrative support through its employees. Venn Innovations employees include certain officers and directors of Institute for Political Innovation. Reportable Compensation from the organization is paid indirectly by Venn Innovation and reimbursed by Institute for Political Innovation. The total compensation from related entities includes amounts paid by Venn Innovations.
FIX THE SYSTEM - WISCONSIN INC. Fix the System - Wisconsin, Inc. served as the fiscal sponsor for the Institute for Political Innovation, Inc. until December 22, 2021, when the entity received its IRS Determination Letter. KATHERINE GEHL, A DIRECTOR AND PRESIDENT OF IPI, IS A DIRECTOR AND PRESIDENT OF FIX THE SYSTEM - WISCONSIN INC., WHICH WOULD QUALIFY AS A RELATED ORGANIZATION. CONTRIBUTIONS FROM FIX THE SYSTEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,707,966 WERE RECEIVED COMPRISED OF DONATIONS FROM 45 INDIVIDUAL DONORS AND WERE RECEIVED IN CASH AND RECORDED AT FAIR MARKET VALUE ON LINE 8 OF PAGE 1 OF FORM 990. FIX THE SYSTEM - WISCONSIN HAS BEEN PROPERLY INCLUDED AS A SUBSTANTIAL CONTRIBUTOR AND INCLUDED IN SCHEDULE B.
