Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees Compensation for key people is determined by an annual review and periodic salary comparisons are conducted by the consulting firm of Watson Wyatt. The period comparison utilizes regional and national non-profit and educational organizations with comparable functional positions and operating budgets. The annual reviews by a supervisor are written and oral. Review conversations set expectations as well as examine previous work. For key people the conversation is often led by the president. The president is reviewed by the Chairman of the Board.
